Now here's my very first GTA IV mod: A Rocketsniper!!!
What it does, it replaces the rocketlauncher ingame to be a working sniper with rockets.

Oh yeah, i increased the blast radius too, so you'll blast them cops away :D |

after installation the rocket launcher isn't anymore in my inverntory !
