1:>Use IMG tool 2.0 to open "gta3.img" file
2:>Find and delete the following files "copcarla.txd", "copcarla.dff", "copcarsf.txd",
"copcarsf.dff", "copcarvg.txd" and "copcarvg.dff"
3:>Add Dacia LOGAN 2008 Police Car *.dff and *.txd files
4:>Exit IMG tool 2.0
5:>Run GTA SA and spown a police car
